Minutes from 4-17-2015 Meeting – Approved.

Elections Committee – Alisha, Drew, and Dwight need to meet to count last night’s ballots for the CBA ratification and the C&B amendments. They’re planning to count them on Monday when they’ll all be able to be here.

Convention Delegates Debrief – This will be next Tuesday, April 28, at 5 PM at Shannon’s house. We have some funds left in the Convention budget line so we’ll get some pizzas. The EC approves spending up to $100 for pizza. Gloria will investigate the giant pizzas from Cibelli’s that Drew is so excited about.

Social Hour – Gloria sent out a reminder about tomorrow’s Social Hour. She’ll anchor it.

GMM Debrief – We’ll talk about this next week when we hope more people will be here.

Reader’s Theatre – This will be next Friday, May 1, at 7 PM at the public library. There’s a rehearsal on Sunday at 2 PM, here at Westm. Thomas called for participants at the GMM. He will post about it on the CGE fb group this evening.

Next Week’s EC Meeting – We’ll meet on THURSDAY at 11:30 AM, because Angela and Ashley both have Friday off (May Day).
